• Any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to your appointment on 0435441352 or via email to info@abodemobilebeauty.com. 


  • A cancellation or change of appointment 60 minutes prior to the start of your reservation will incur a $20 fee. This fee is to cover the travel time and fuel costs involved. This fee may be applied to your next appointment or as a one off payment which will be discussed at the time of cancellation.


  • We may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to set up, timing will be communicated with you at the time of booking. If you are running late for your appointment this may mean your treatment time is reduced, or that we cannot honor your appointment in the time left.


  • If we are running late due to unforeseen circumstances we will endeavor to complete the full treatment.


  • In the highly unlikely event we are unable to attend your scheduled appointment we will refund any deposit, and reschedule to another suitable date and time. 


  • We require full payment for group bookings in advance. Once we confirm treatments and numbers with you, we will send you an invoice for the booking. Your appointment will be confirmed once payment is received. Changes may be made up to 48 hours prior to the time of the booking, however a complete cancellation will incur a $20 fee.


  • Please ensure a parking spot is allocated as close as possible to your venue, as our equipment is heavy and cannot be carried too far.  Any pay-parking fees will be added to the final treatment cost.


  • Please ensure that the venue has adequate lighting, running water, adequate heating and cooling, and access to electricity. We will supply extension cords where necessary.



  • If you suffer from any allergies, conditions (including pregnancy), or disabilities that may affect your treatment, please make this known at the time of making the appointment. We will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs, and will assist in the appropriate choice of treatment. Whilst all care is taken Abode Mobile Beauty cannot guarantee any of our treatments are completely free from traces or allergens, or are appropriate for any medical condition. If we are unsure we will ask you to seek advice from your doctor or healthcare professional before going ahead with a treatment.


  • All clients are to complete a Client Information Form prior to therapies commencing. From the information received the therapist holds the right to refuse any treatments where they feel that the client or the staff member may be at risk. If this situation arises, we may offer a suitable alternative.


  • If the client is under the age of 16, a parent or guardian must approve the appointment and be present to sign the Information Form.


  • Gift Certificates are valued at the amount shown and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.


  • Please be aware our hours and prices may change without notice to Gift Certificate holders. We will however endeavor to accommodate the use of the Gift Certificate at a time and day that suits both parties.


  • Abode Mobile Beauty is a professional beauty salon and does not provide a sexual service. ​​

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the conditions of your home, or place of care are unsafe for our therapists.​
